Your new role
You will be leading all Finance and Administration tasks in the UK reporting to an Italian parent company. Your role will include leading on timely reporting including monthly management and financial accounts. This role will lead on managing relationships with external accountants including leading the yearly audit and managing banking relationships. You will gain excellent exposure with senior stakeholders including preparing and presenting financial results at the UK and Parent board meetings. This is a really broad role and will include responsibilities such as company secretarial work.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced and Qualified Accountant with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification. Prior experience of managing Finance and company Administration tasks will be essential. As this role will manage a small team, experience of managing staff will be required. You will also have experience of working in a change environment and supporting the CEO and company directors in successfully running a high-performing business.
