Successful FMCG / Food business based in Somerset with a well recognised range of brands and a turnover of around £50mn.
Your new role
As the incoming Finance Director your new role will play a key part in the future success of this business. As a fully integrated senior member of the leadership team you will be partnering closely with the MD. In this position you can expect to perform a critical role in building and delivering strategic initiatives. You will also be hands-on in leading a small and high calibre finance team. This is a highly visible position and as such you will be building relationships with other senior key stakeholders in the company.
Within the position there will be elements of financial planning and analysis. There are also a number of commercial initiatives that you can expect to be given the autonomy to execute. In this position you will have a broad remit and the support of the MD to make an impact.


What you'll need to succeed
Ideally prior experience as FD / #1 in the FMCG sector
Fully qualified in either ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Commercial / strategic acumen coupled with outstanding partnering skills


What you'll get in return
Package of c £125-130k (including base, car & bonus)
Hybrid working available if you required (3days office / 2 days home)
