Based in North Bristol, this manufacturing business is naturally growing, looking to create a finance function that is first class and fit for purpose for the future. They are now looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to be based here in Bristol.


Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, they are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to work with a variety of teams across the business, focusing on developing the success of business. Utilising your finance knowledge, you will partner with key stakeholders advising in strategic decision-making while getting involved in product profitability, margin analysis and supporting new product costings. There is a small part of the role that will involve month end and supporting on audit requirements, but the main drivers of the role will be to add value, prepare cash flow forecasting and analysing date to help the future growth of the business. There are also some projects that this person will lead on.




What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for a commercial focused, qualified accountant that can join the team and add value. You should have strong interpersonal skills, working with a variety of different stakeholders. You should have a collaborative approach and be able to influence. They are based in Bristol and there is a need to be in the office 2 / 3 days per week, so you should be local to the South West. They are also looking for someone that is keen to progress and use this as a platform to develop their career in the future.
