Top 4 Accountancy Firm require a Tax Senior Manager to join their growing dedicated national Employee Tax Team that is expanding its offering to clients. This team advise on the design, tax, market practice, corporate governance, regulatory aspects and broader employee incentive structures. This is an opportunity to join a team who work with UK and Global Companies, listed and unlisted enabling you to broaden your experience to include executive reward, global tax and regulatory advisory work. Working across both the reward consulting area and more traditional tax and equity-based offerings
Your new role
As the Senior Tax Manager in Equity Reward you will be working primarily on the design, implementation and tax advisory aspects of incentive arrangements. This team advises on incentive plan design and structuring, drafting plan documents and advising on the tax, legal, regulatory and corporate governance aspects of incentive arrangements for both UK and global clients. You will also be involved in business development activities.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful Tax Senior Manager will ideally be an ACA and/or CTA qualified reward/share plans specialist. Able to build strong relationships and develop new opportunities and able to identify and manage areas of risk within clients' businesses.
