You will be joining a fast-growing, private equity backed business in a new role as Finance Manager. With new offices and a bright vision for the future, they seek an ambitious team member to help them establish and develop their department.


Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be taking on a newly created and key role in driving the reporting, month end and statutory accounts for the business. With full ownership of this area of the department, this is a great opportunity to make your mark, create and grow inline with your plans. You'll lead the month end reporting covering balance sheet, accruals, P&L as well as reporting working closely with the commercial finance team to understand their predicted numbers. You'll provide accurate data on an adhoc business to the Exec team as well as own the reporting at year-end as well as audit requirements. You'll also ensure that the controls and systems are in place as well as robust enough to withstand the high level of growth expected. This is a truly unique role to be part of significant growth and change!


What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent) you should have proven experience in month end, statutory reporting as well as audit.. The Experience within practice and understanding the key focus of an audit will be advantageous! Most importantly is being a positive and collaborative problem solver. Sounds like you?
