FP&A Manager

Your new company
You will be joining the Head office in a newly created role as FP&A Manager for a fast-growing manufacturing organisation. With brand-new offices and a bright vision for the future, they seek an ambitious team member to help them drive their growth.


Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be taking on a newly created and key role in driving the planning for the business. With full ownership of the function and effectively "blank canvas", this is a great opportunity to make your mark and create a function in your own vision from day 1. You'll lead the short, mid and long term planning for the group covering budgeting, forecasting and reporting on variances with commentary for the Exec team. You'll work closely with the key Management heads to understand their plans/projects and work with them to bring them to life whilst keeping a keen eye on budget. You'll challenge the norm, spotting risk and opportunity whilst working with the key Leaders to drive performance. This is a truly unique role to be part of significant growth and change.


What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent) you should have proven experience in ownership of an FP&A department. The size of the department you've managed is not important but your vision and enthusiasm is! Being a creative and collaborative problem solver is key to success in this new role. Sounds like you?
