Your new company
I am working with a world renowned insurance organisation based in London who are looking for a senior analyst to join the finance team. This organisation is currently going through a period of innovation and change with a focus on utilising technology to support it in achieving its goals. Your new role
Sitting in the central finance team this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

  • Ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles across certain business units
  • Providing value add MI to senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Owning the annual planning and quarterly forecasting process for a portfolio of syndicates.
  • Driving process improvement and system development
  • Development and training of junior finance staff

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience within the insurance sector, with Lloyds market experience preferred. You will need good business partnering and analysis skills and the ability to produce high quality MI for senior stakeholders. You will need to be strong with process and systems change and have a good knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
