Your new company
You will be joining a listed engineering group based close to Woking, Surrey in their new UK headquarters. As part of the head office finance team, you will be key in delivering financial accounts and leadership.


Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director and as part of a small team, you will be delivering the month end, year-end statutory accounts, audit and management accounts for several UK and overseas companies within the group. This will include managing a small team of 4 and specifically delivering month end for the companies, consolidation and reporting as well as intercompany and audit in each country. You'll work closely with the wider team based Internationally to deliver on these objectives in this truly Global business!


What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification, you should be able to evidence strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and audit either from a firm of chartered accountants or from the commercial sector and be confident in complex, technical accounting environments. In addition, you should be an exceptional relationship builder and be confident liaising across multiple geographies. This is a broad opportunity that requires a hands-on approach!
