Your new company
You will be joining a well established, private equity backed Global organisation. As they continue to grow, they have created a new role to take a lead within the FP&A space.

Your new role
Your new role, alongside the CFO will be key in taking a lead in developing and growing the planning and forecasting activities for the group. Managing a small team, you will ensure a robust planning & forecasting cycle, lead financial modelling as well as develop scenario/decision support. This will include both the short and long term planning, development of business tools to improve accuracy and efficiency as well as driving the team to a continuous improvement mindset. This is a key role where you'll challenge the norm, drive business growth and grow the team!

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent), you should be a proven operator within the FP&A space, confident in identifying/spotting areas of growth and improvement alongside strong team management and stakeholder partnering skills. You should also be comfortable travelling regularly into mainland Europe.
