Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will lead a large team who are responsible for delivering the financial reports, information and analysis, that enable the senior operations team to make key business decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant who enjoys team management and has lots of experience of leading, developing and motivating people. Experience in a FMCG, Retail or product based business is highly desirable, but getting the right candidate is more important.
