This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's foremost Audit, Advisory and Tax experts as Senior Corporate Tax Manager based in the Midlands. Being part of this Firm's Global Team you will be offering your expertise to organisations across 100 countries.

Your new role
In joining this Firm's Midlands Tax team, you will work closely with local Partners across tax, corporate finance, audit, and accounts. Your client base will range from OMB and quoted groups to local and national charities, offering advisory work, compliance, and business development initiatives. As the Senior Tax Manager, you will also be involved in VAT, personal taxes, and corporate finance support

What you\'ll need to succeed
This Firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager who is ACA/CTA qualified with strong technical skills to advise and structure acquisitions, due diligence work, R&D and capital allowance reviews.
