You will be working for one of the fastest growing Top 30 UK firms with offices UK wide offering a full range of complementary professional services in the areas of financial planning, legal and HR. Their Christchurch office has an excellent career opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join their busy accounts team where key responsibilities will be preparing accounts and related tax computations for limited companies, partnerships, sole-traders, LLPs and charities; working closely with clients, other members of the accounts team and other departments, including direct contact with the Partners, managers and clients in order to obtain the required information to prepare their accounts; delivering excellent client service; reviewing and managing accounts work; managing and prioritising internal workflow and assignments to deadlines; assisting with driving technological solutions in accounting throughout the office and generally supporting the growth of the Christchurch office.


The firm are looking for candidates who are ideally ACA/ACCA qualified (or close to qualifying or QBE) with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience working within an accountancy practice. They will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, previous experience of CCH, Xero, Quickbooks and Sage would be advantageous and strong knowledge of MS Office products. Paying great attention to detail along with strong organisational skills and a pro-active and positive attitude are imperative! Xero certification would be ideal!
