Your new company
A global high-growth Automotive business is currently recruiting for a Senior FP&A Manager to join their Finance department based in West London.
Your new role
This is a really exciting role with the Automotive sector working across regions and managing a team to deliver commercially driven outputs for the business. Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Drive financial planning and analysis for the business
- Strategic business case management
- Driving pricing strategy whilst collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams
- Managing a high-performing team of Qualified Accountants
- Own planning process at group level
- Manage month end and financial close
- Oversee management accounts and KPI preparation and present to senior leadership
- Sales and Operations Planning process management
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within Commercial Finance, ideally within the Automotive sector. A proven track record of business partnering with Sales and Marketing as well as experience in developing and evaluating business cases is key. This role manages a high-performing team so previous experience of team management and development is essential. A relevant Qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) would be advantageous but not necessary.
