Investment Analyst - Real Estate
Your new company
You will be working for a leading real estate company who operate in a growing segment of the industry. The head office is based in London but they have operations globally. The team are really friendly and operate a flexible hybrid working model. There is a skilled development and investment team which this role will sit within.
Your new role
You will be an Investment Analyst working with the Director of Corporate Finance to model for new real estate investments and developments. You will be responsible for producing new models and presenting them to senior stakeholders both within finance and across other departments. Supporting all aspects of the financial process including due diligence and legal negotiations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with extensive experience producing and adapting development models for new projects. This position requires presentations to board members and JV partners. Prior experience of investment appraisals and supporting in commercial negotiations.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for a growing real estate company and alongside a really impressive head of development. This is an interim opportunity for a period of 6 months, as there is an urgent need candidates will need to be available to start early June. This is offering a day rate from £450 to £650 depending on experience.
