We are a leading financial advisory and accounting firm, seeking a highly motivated and experienced TS Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and executing a wide range of corporate finance services for clients across various industries, including financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, and working capital analysis. Our firm offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Your new role

  • Leading and executing corporate finance services such as financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, and working capital analysis
  • Managing and mentoring a team of professionals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers
  • Identifying and evaluating potential transaction opportunities
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate finance related matters
  • Continuously seeking to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality


What you'll need to succeed

  • A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA)
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on TS
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and due diligence techniques
  • Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and other financial analysis software
  • Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in business development and new client acquisition
