Finance Director Role paying up to £155k, Hybrid Working and Bonus
Your new company
You will be joining a strong business based in Guildford, Surrey. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, giving insights into the large company, and providing your expertise for team management, company strategy, and leading the finance function
Your new role
Reporting to the MD, you will be the lead on all aspects of Finance, from the management and strategic side, to all the technical elements. This includes managing a finance function covering commercial finance, statutory reporting, presenting financial information, and payables encompassing a team of accountants with varying experience. You will also be a partner to the Senior Leadership supporting the long term strategic planning. This is a broad role with a high performing team, and you'll be key in helping to continue driving business growth.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require you to hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or Equivalent). Alongside this qualification you will have strong experience of operating at Director/CFO level within a large organisation, ideally with exposure to training and leading finance teams. You should be a strong business partner, with the ability to build relationships with people of every level.
