Your new company
This successful manufacturing and engineering business are growing organically through significant capital investment and through acquisition.

Your new role
As Group Financial Controller, you will lead a small head office team reporting into the CFO. The key responsibilities will be the day to day running of the Group's financial accounting processes and delivery of timely financial reporting for the Group. This role will also support the business in technical accounting judgements and making sound commercial decisions, with a focus on improved profitability and cashflow.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to a be a qualified accountant, with strong technical experience in a similar role from a large, international group .

Although the role is hybrid, they are ideally seeking someone based in the Midlands with Manufacturing experience.
