Your new company
You will be joining a well established company based in Weybridge, Surrey. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead finance, team management and drive the company strategy.
Your new role
Reporting to the MD, you will be taking a lead on managing a finance function covering commercial finance, technical reporting and payables encompassing a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants. You'll ensure the statutory accounts and compliance are completed in a timely manner, partner the Senior Leadership and support the long term strategic planning. This is a broad role with a high performing team and you'll be key in helping to continue driving business growth.
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification, you will evidence strong experience of operating at Director/CFO level within a large organisation, ideally with exposure to training and leading finance teams. A confident, "relationship building" approach is key for success in this role.
