Reporting Accountant

Broad management accounting roles within local Camberley business

Your new company
A successful SME who now form part of a larger group wish to appoint an accountant into their local finance function to provide support and assistance to the Financial Controller.

Your new role
You will assist in the production of the month end activities including the production of the month and year end reports and associated insights. You will oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure that the integrity of the financial ledgers are maintained in a timely and accurate manner. Furthermore you will assist in the production of VAT returns, CAPEX tasks as well as assisting in the production of the statutory accounts. As the company continues to evolve their finance function you will support a range of process improvement tasks aimed at enhancing the delivery of management information to your stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands on accountant who has ideally worked within a smaller division of a larger group. You will demonstrate end to end finance skills across financial and management reporting and relish working as part of a close knit team. You will ideally have exposure to working with FRS102 and be part or soon to qualify.
