Finance Manager - Hospitality - 12 Month FTC
Your new company
You will be working for a global hospitality group within one of their hotel and restaurant UK divisions. This brand provides boutique hotels and dining experiences to its customers, whilst remaining committed to their sustainability goals. They have a Central Finance Team which this role sits within, being the focal point for all management and financial reporting.
Your new role
You will be the Finance Manager, reporting into EMEA Financial Controller, with key responsibilities including:
- Business partnering to provide advice on wider business plans
- Preparation of group consolidation and month end reports
- Providing performance reports to senior stakeholders
- Ongoing development of other finance personnel
- Liaise with external auditors and internal audit teams
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with prior experience working in the hospitality sector. The right candidate will be technically strong with both management and financial accounting and have managed a team in a previous role (qualified or non-qualified individuals).
