Group Management Accountant

Group management accountant job for a leading organisation based close to Farnham.

Your new company
You will be joining the HQ for a well established, well known brand in the Farnham area. With a history spanning over 75 years and with a presence in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Your new role
Reporting into the Group FC, you will be part of a small team who consolidate and report the results for both the UK and the International business units and manage the statutory reporting / audit process at year end. As a new role, you will essentially have the autonomy to make it "your own" with the key tasks of supporting the consolidation of the regional results, helping ensure an accurate, efficient process as well as interpreting and dissecting the data to provide commercial insights by advising the senior management team as well as put together the budget and forecast, reporting on variances. This is a broad role with a lot of opportunity to develop and build relationships with the senior management team.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA), you will ideally have trained within a firm of chartered accountants and have some post qualified commercial experience. Any experience within a manufacturing, logistics or product focussed business would be advantageous but most importantly is the drive, energy and enthusiasm to support the growth of the group finance team.
