We are working with a high profile Norwich-based organisation in recruiting to their growing Finance team

Reporting into a high calibre leadership team, you will have line responsibility for 3-4 in your team and will be able to demonstrate proven management skills. You will be able to lead a team of finance business partners and / or a team of Rent and Service Charge Accountants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent systems skills and be able to bring finance alive to non-finance staff.

This role will suit a candidate who is qualified and can demonstrate advanced business partnering skills with the ability to engage, influence and communicate with managers at all levels. You will have a collaborating approach to your work and be able to align yourself to their core values and ethos of being passionate about serving their customers.

The organisation is proud to support and encourage a positive work / life balance and agile and remote working is available - you will need to attend their office 1-2 days per week.
