Financial Controller

We are proud to be working with a leading Essex-based client in recruiting to the newly created post of Interim Financial Controller. Reporting into the Director of Finance, this role is being initially offered on a 6 month assignment with scope and potential to develop into a permanent post.

You will work closely with AP and AR in improving systems, controls and processes. You will be able to demonstrate proven experience of delivering improvements in areas such as PO processes. You will also work with the Director of Finance in implementing improvements in the year-end and audit processes and ensure that all regulatory standards and timelines are met in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate will be qualified and have experience of working on an interim basis in a similar position before. Potential for an immediate start, the organisation offers agile and flexible working - you will need to attend their offices in Essex 1-2 days per month. A fantastic opportunity.
