Your new role
This is an exciting new role to join the finance department in London as a Senior Financial Accountant. Your role will be heavily focused on monthly reporting and accounting for the London region and related projects. Responsibilities include but won't be limited to:

• Preparing Quarterly Financial Reporting
• Management of month end close for leasing revenue and leasing capital expenditure
• Group reporting processes
• Supporting management in long-term business planning
• Preparing reports for JV partners
• Lead statutory audit process
• Producing statutory accounts for operational entities
• Preparing tax pack information
  
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  This role requires a Qualified Accountant, ideally ACA trained, with experience in month end processes and financial reporting. You will be experience in preparing UK statutory accounts as well as displaying strong financial, analytical and systems skills.
