Permanent Finance Manager job in Aberdeen, Salary £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive client for a permanent Finance Manager to join their busy & growing team. The salary is £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and offers flexible hybrid working. This business has a turnover of circa £4 million but will soon be expanding and is keen to take on an individual who can help the business with their growth plans.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO & working as part of the senior management team; you will ensure sound financial control and reporting while overseeing for day-to-day transactional accounting team, as well as being a strategic business partner to help the company deliver their future ambitions & success. You will complete all management accounting including variance analysis, & presenting to board, financial accounting & year end, financial planning & analysis, finance business partnering, operational & KPI reporting and budgeting & forecasting. You will be heavily involved in process & system improvement, alongside cost management and management of a small and efficient finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified Accountant with experience working in a SME environment. You will be a strategic business partner who is both hands on and also forward thinking. You will have excellent IT skills including Excel. You will be driven to use your expertise to your expertise to make a difference within the business, helping manage costs and accelerating growth.
