We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Role Overview: As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by providing strategic financial insights and analysis to the business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with our dedicated team. Your expertise in finance business partnering and management accounts, along with your Power BI and ANAPLAN experience, will be essential in driving informed decision-making and supporting the financial growth of our organization.
Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by providing financial guidance, analysis, and insights to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective business partnering relationships across different departments, including operations, sales, and procurement.
- Provide support in the preparation of management accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Utilise Power BI and ANAPLAN to analyse financial data, create insightful reports, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives or investments.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance business partnering.
Requirements: - Part Qualified or Newly Qualified in a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of finance business partnering and management accounting principles.
- Proven experience in finance business partnering and management accounts, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Power BI and ANAPLAN for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
