Financial Controller required by growing South Lincolnshire SME company

Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are recruiting a number one Financial Controller for a growing SME in South Lincolnshire.

Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a small team of 5 staff, supervising the daily accounts routines, managing cash flow and producing monthly management and annual statutory accounts. You will be key to the strategic direction of the organisation working as part of the senior management team and prospects for promotion to Financial Director are on offer for the right individual. This is a high profile position and my client is looking for a credible accountant happy to get their hands dirty but at the same time can be the main point of contact for the banks and auditors. You will be living in close commute to the south Lincolnshire area as the role is office based.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified ACCA, ACMA, ACA with proven "hands on" financial controller experience. You will be confident leading a team and helping to grow and contribute to the success of the company with strong financial controls and commercial input. You will be a good communicator, able to lead from the front with first class communication skills who wants to succeed in a medium sized growing business.
