Your new company
I am currently working with a fast growing consulting business in central London. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join the business working directly within the management accounting team in a staff management role. This is a exciting business with ambitious grow plans and presents a real opportunity for career progression and development.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

  • Management of 4 management accountants
  • Leading on month end close and monthly management accounts
  • Streamlining of processes and driving operational efficiencies
  • Supporting financial accounts preparation


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with proven staff management experience. You will need to have strong process improvement experience and a good understanding of month end processes. You will need to be comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders and have the ability to build strong working relationships.
