Financial Accountant job with HiSP Multi Academy Trust, Eastleigh

Your new organisation
HISP Multi Academy Trust believe in building excellent educational environments that inspire and unlock potential in all their school communities. They currently have five schools within the Trust covering the age ranges from nursery to 18 with plans to expand and grow quickly across their geographical location. This has never been a more exciting time to join as the trust has a clear vision for careful growth, ensuring that they remain focused on sustainable school improvement.

Your new role
In this newly created role, you will provide oversight of all financial controls within the organisation, develop the finance system to ensure its effective use by all. You will oversee the funds in the academy and ensure that cash movement is monitored and expenditure by fund is accurate. Alongside this you will also report on the financial position of the organisation and develop reporting and consolidate the Trust budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be either qualified or working towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Accountant. You will have the desire to make this role your own, you will bring your strong experience in financial controls, system accounting and financial reporting to the role. You will have a desire for professional development and support the aims, values, mission and ethos of the Trust and participate in a team approach to all aspects of school life.

What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £49,520 depending in your experience. You will have a real opportunity to develop this role along side the growth of the Trust. You will be fully supported in regular training and development to maintain knowledge and improve practice.
