Financial Data Analyst - 6 month contract - Insurance
Your new company
My client is an international insurance company who operate within the Lloyd's market. You will be working in their financial close team which is a large team who work really collaboratively. They currently have a number of projects going on and as such need extra capacity in the team.
Your new role
You will be working in the financial accounting team who manage the monthly close process. You will be interrogating the data and controls that are going into the internal and external reports. You will be developing processes and controls for the financial data and ensuring the systems are aligned and pulling through correctly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced accountant from insurance or reinsurance. You will have a strong attention to detail with experience manipulating data and an understanding of financial controls within an insurance business.
What you'll get in return
You will be working in a really nice team who work closely together in a changing environment. This is initially a 6 month contract but could get extended or there may be other opportunities across the business. The role will pay up to £550/day outside IR35 (ltd or umbrella) or they can also offer an FTC.
