My client is a well establish global engineering business based in Cheltenham.


Your new role

You will business partner with 3 diverse engineering teams within this progressive and forward thinking international business, providing insight, control and analysis for the global Development line. You will also support the Global Category Management team to develop, implement, and support strategies, leading to growth in sales and manufacturing margin.

This role will drive strong cross-functional and cross-regional relationships, executed in alignment with company policies, procedures in a matrixed organisational structure, maintaining the highest level of integrity, ethics, and candour to all key management levels of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified with at least 2 years post qualified experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Planview experience preferable but not essential.
• Excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills including regular presentation to Senior Management Team.
• Experience of working closely with a range of partners across finance and non-finance functions including Analyst through to Senior Leadership team members.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to balance technical capability with commercial delivery and a strong improvement mindset.
