Senior Finance Manager
Your new company
A large global logistics company with their European Head Office in London. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company in their fast-paced finance team.
Your new role
This is a varied and hands on role leading a small team in the London office. Your role will include but not be excluded to:
- Management month end accounts and reporting
- Leading a team of part-qualified and qualified accountants
- General ledger review
- Cash management
- Supervise and review statutory accounts and preparation of draft directors report
- Review and approve CIT and VAT returns
- Work closely to ensure a smooth external audit process
- Manage annual budgeting process
- Support wider team in Finance Systems including developing and maintaining processes and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experience Finance Manager with an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification as well as sound working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP. This role will require you to lead and mentor a team so previous experience of this is essential. You will also have experience of using a large ERP system and working in a hands on role.
