Your new company

A reputable organisation based in York who have really care about the wellbeing of it employees.

Your new role

Our client is looking for someone on an interim basis to come in and look at processes and improvements with in their payroll. They have recently implemented Civica (which was formerly Carval), they need someone who is familiar at managing payrolls, but also has Civica system experience.

Much of the issues are when they are processing, so these issues need to be interrogated to get a fix in place.

They need an individual on an interim basis to come and support the team and give them the confidence and also someone to learn from, so that they become more self sufficient.

The ideal person will need to have confidence at leading a new team who are all remotely based and be comfortable at liaising with the Civica support team on issues.

Systems changes experience with in Payroll
Ideally a knowledge of Civica
