Your new role

• Act as a Finance lead for all day-to-day financial activities of the company.
• Ensuring the nominal ledgers are maintained in a complete and accurate manner.
• Manage the company cash position, including oversight of the credit control function and purchase ledger payments
• Preparing the monthly management accounts, financial performance KPI's and trend analysis, including presentation of the results at Senior Management Team meetings.
• Preparation of and subsequent reporting against the annual budget.
• Cash flow forecasting & management.
• Relevant nominal analysis to support business activities as necessary.
• Leading the statutory audit process, including audit file preparation and liaison with the company accountants
• Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns and management of other regulatory requirements
• Acting as first point of contact with banks and other finance contacts.
• Responsibility for complete payroll function, accounting, administration & reporting to HMRC.
• Company insurance management Monitoring of financial controls across the Group
• Monitoring internal controls
• Developing plans for financial growth.
• Participating in budgeting processes

What you'll need to succeed
Qualified accountant ACCA/CIMA or QBE
Team player
Self motivated individual
Prepared to work in the office 5 days a week (No Hybrid)
