Outsourcing Manager - Accounts

ACA or ACCA qualified Outsourcing manager based in Letchworth office and hybrid working.

What does the job entail?

* You will work alongside the Head of Team to run the Team/Portfolio, delivering high quality back-office services to clients in the recruitment sector
* You will build relationships with the clients so that you are the "go-to" person and will manage their expectations, their services and the team to deliver a high-quality client satisfaction.
* You will be developing the team and be a role model
* You will be completing VAT and Management accounts reviews, utilising your existing technical knowledge and experience whilst developing your skills still further and ensuring quality standards are met in the department
* You will also be identifying and delivering added value services to the clients to help them prosper.

* You must have a least 2 years' post qualified experience of working in a medium sized practice or outsourcing environment
* You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified
* You'll have supervisory or managerial experience

* You'll be motivated by a fast-paced environment
