Hands on Finance Manager role with scope to become FC in time

Your new company
A successful and growing local business who pride themselves on having a relaxed and collaborative culture seek to appoint a hands on management accountant who demonstrates stretch potential to step up to fulfil more senior roles within the business in time.

Your new role (to include but not limited to)

  • Own and create management accounting dashboards to display financial data in a user friendly manner.
  • Perform P&L analysis on profit margins, operating expenses etc. to ensure that business performance is accurately reported
  • Collaborate with business finance partners to provide insightful financial information
  • Contribute to the development of a strong internal control environment
  • Managing and monitoring the integrity of the management and financial data
  • Assist in the implementation of streamlined financial processes across the group
  • Provide support and guidance to a small finance team.


What you'll need to succeed
A qualified accountant (or equivalent / soon to qualify) with strong management reporting skills. You will demonstrate an inquisitive mind and enjoy finding ways to improve processes and enhance the delivery of management information.
