Your new company
Reporting into the COO, this international organisation are organically growing with planned growth of over 50% in the next few years. They are now looking for am autonomous Head of Finance to come in and lead the finance team based here in Bristol and managing international functions.
Your new role
Reporting into the COO and leading the finance function this is a key role in organisations success. The business are looking for an autonomous leader to join the business. The role will include:
- Cashflow management
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Management of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returns
- Management of external audits for both local and internal entities
- Development of policies and procedures
- Manage the payroll (via an external provider)
- Pension administration
- Bank and credit card administration
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified accountant that has experience working at a senior level. You should be comfortable managing staff and be able to work autonomously. They are looking for someone that is comfortable coming up with their own solutions to problems and articulating those across the business. The business has won some new contracts over the past few months and so has planned growth over the next few years and an exciting time to join the business.
What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity to lead a finance function in a growing business. They are offering a salary of £65,000 - £80,000 plus bonus.
