Your new company
Your new company is a carbon rating company that operates globally. They are at the forefront of the sustainability revolution and give you the opportunity to join this exciting socially conscious movement. Over the past couple of years they have been able to grow to near 100 person head count. They aide market participants to manage risk through their ratings.
Your new role
Your new role as Compliance Manager will involve reporting directly to the COO. You will also get the opportunity to be the sole individual responsible for Compliance in this organisation, gaining great exposure to all areas of compliance such as AML, Environmental Compliance and Anti-corruption.
Running Learning and Development is an essential task and will have to be provided to many different level of stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Multiple years experience as a compliance manager.
- High level of stakeholder management.
- Experience working for an Environmental or Rating agency is desirable but not essential.
- Keen interest in Sustainability and ESG.
