Compliance Supervisor

Your new company is a Retailer with a global reach, they specialise in supplying DIY materials and equipment. They have tens of thousands of employees across over a thousand stores. They are one of the key players in every market they operate in.

Over the past 40 years they have adapted and evolved, now they are using data led strategies to improve customers experience. They are also increasing online sales using customer-centric digital tools.


Your new role

In your new role you will be required to take responsibility for a large variety of compliance and risk work. In this role you will get to join the Compliance function whilst having exposure to anti-money laundering, regulatory compliance, data protection compliance and conflict of interest along with others.

The Compliance and Regulation team is currently small, therefore you get the opportunity to report directly to the Head of Compliance. You will also be tasked with developing their Ethical and Environmental polices whilst also supporting the ethical supplier audits.


What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Compliance experience.
• Experience creating and implementing polices.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Microsoft Office Experience.
