Your new role
This role will provide the successful Candidate with an excellent opportunity to develop their career. You will report directly into the Head of Business Continuity. You will get to develop, implement and manage Business Continuity Polices and Procedures, this means that this role will have a truly meaningful impact on a major organisation with a global reach.
You will have the ability to work with teams within the business, collaborating to create Business Impact Assessments. This role will be tasked with conducting Gap Analysis, creating policies and procedures to mitigate or minimise any issues that are found. A key objective of this role will be to conduct training to all level of stakeholders around the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience reaching multiple deadlines while managing multiple complex projects.
- Experience leading and managing virtual projects.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility.
- Ability to work under pressure.
