Finance Director - Perm - Birmingham - £60K - Charity Arts Sector


Your new company
You will be working as a Finance Director for a well established and loved, arts charity, in Birmingham city centre.


Your new role
As Finance Director you will be leading the strategic financial management of the organisation. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Management team to prepare business plans which support the continued financial sustainability of the organisation. You will support the preparation of funding applications and ensure compliance with monthly and yearly funding conditions. You will line manage the small finance team, ensuring the timely production of annual budgets, monthly management accounts and regular forecasts. You will also oversee the efficient deployment of other internal resource areas including IT, legal & other services

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) accountant with significant strategic financial experience. You should have a detailed knowledge of the financial and regulatory context for both charities and companies in the UK, and a proven track record of successful budgeting and financial control.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of circa £60000, plus a great benefits package. There are flexible and hybrid working arrangements available
