Finance Manager Job based in Mid-Kent - CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualified / Finalist - £50,000 to £60,000 DOE

Your new company
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join my client based in Mid-Kent.

Your new role
Will be to support senior leadership with the effective running, management and oversight of the finance function. You will be supporting in the production of accurate monthly management accounts, year-end accounts and financial reporting. Providing budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Identify and develop improvements in processes and reporting. Capture and present information to the business to improve understanding and strategic decision making. Assisting auditors with preparation of statutory accounts. Be an effective business partner to the organisation on financial matters and have management of a small team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an accomplished Finance Manager with a relevant financial qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA (or a Finalist) who has held a similar role in the past. Prior experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or Agriculture sectors would be welcome. A strong all round understanding of financial matters and the ability to engage at all levels of a business and with key stakeholder will be require. Experience of managing a small team and a good working knowledge of excel / Microsoft office would be desirable.
