CFO job paying up to £150k, Bonus and Benefits

Your new company
You will be joining a financial services business based close to Weybridge, Surrey. Fast growing, they are a small, ambitious team with backing from several well known investors.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be taking on a key role overseeing the financials of the business. You'll work closely with the SLT in driving short, medium and long terms strategy whilst providing value added insights to both internal and external investors. You'll ensure a very high level of compliance and risk controls as well as work on continuous improvement projects. In addition, you'll continue to drive the performance of the finance team, develop and grow the function and provide the structure for a positive, collaborative culture and a platform for those progressing and studying to qualify and take opportunities across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you will need to have a proven background as an FD/CFO within financial services. Experience in a high growth environment would also be highly advantageous.
