Your new company
Your new company is a Global leader in the gambling sector with over 15 years experience across multiple jurisdictions. They have been able to stay at the forefront of the Gambling sector by adopting the latest technologies to provide a more engaging and interacting gambling experience.
Their goal of becoming a market leader in the sector has pushed them to be forward thinking and therefore prioritise areas such as Data Protection.
Your new role
The Privacy Programme Manager will get the opportunity to sit within the Data Protection Team and report directly into the Head of Privacy who is also the Deputy Data Protection Officer. This role will focus on Data Protection and will involve taking ownership of a wide range of Data Protection tasks although the successful candidate will maintain a board knowledge of Compliance processes such as AML.
You will get the chance to develop the Privacy team from a global context, giving you the opportunity to shape the Privacy function of a global PLC. You will also get the opportunity to develop and then implement or deliver processes, procedures and training material to educate staff internally.
What you'll need to succeed
- A CIPPE or equivalent qualification.
- 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Managerial experience.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 is desirable but not essential.
