Hands on Divisional Finance Manager role
Your new company
Established organisation with a rich heritage in the Andover market who form part of an international group seek to appoint a hands on Finance Manager to partner with the local Managing Director providing financial insight and support back to the group HQ.
Your new role
You will occupy an end to end divisional role with oversight for the production of the financial and local management accounts in a timely and accurate manner. You will manage cash flow, ensure integrity in the financial ledgers, maintain balance sheet control whilst supporting any projects which require financial input. You will partner with the senior leadership team and ensure local controls and processes sync up with the expectations of the group headquarters. You will lead and motivate a small team whilst supporting any ad-hoc requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified accountant with broad hands on skills across financial and management reporting. Prior experience of working at a divisional level within an SME reporting through a matrix structure would be highly desirable. A flexible approach is required such is the needs of an SME finance function.
