Your new Firm
This is a well renowned, independent practice in Crewe is seeking to appoint a new Client Manager into their modern Crewe offices. This opportunity has arisen following an extended period of company growth and brings a good offering to a newly qualified/experienced qualified/qualified by experience practice accountant. The firm has been established for just shy of 20 years and prides itself on providing a partnership service to a wide range of OMB clients across the Cheshire and North Staffordshire area, offering a full range of value adding services from compliance to business advice, audit and tax planning.

Your new role
As a client manager, you will take ownership and manage your own portfolio of clients autonomously. You will prepare full sets of limited company, sole trader and partnership accounts for a varied range of businesses. Within this you will delegate work to junior members of staff as well as play a role in their management and development. This is the ideal role for someone looking to take their next steps within practice, assume more responsibility and gain more autonomy.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking either a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA) or qualified by experience practice accountant with around 5 years experience in Practice. You role will be client focussed, so good communication skills as well as the ability to build relationships is important. Further to this, as you will be developing junior members of staff in the team you will need to be able to motivate, lead and develop your team.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary of up to £45,000 (DOE) as well as a healthy holiday package (including your birthday off).
