Hays Senior Finance is partnering with an established, sizeable and growing brand in Gloucester, to support them in the recruitment of an FP&A Lead. The successful applicant will provide first class financial planning, reporting and forecasting, to aid strategic and operational decision making.


What will the FP&A Lead position involve?

  • Lead, manage and motivate the FP&A team;
  • Take ownership for the delivery of accurate and meaningful monthly management accounts and support the operational budget and forecast processes;
  • Operate and develop the management information systems in order to deliver key insights to the business;
  • Develop and improve the management information to provide a relevant, broad and balanced picture of the performance and outlook;
  • Playing an active role in the SLT of the Group, develop robust cross-functional relationships in order to drive business performance.

What will the FP&A Lead need?

  • Full qualification CIMA, ACCA or ACA;
  • True FP&A experience in a mid-large company;
  • Strong MI (Management Information) systems experience;
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to partner with the business.
