Finance Manager - Financial Services - South Manchester - Four Day Work Week - Hybrid

Your new company
A rapidly growing group in the financial services industry. This business is looking to expand its finance team with Finance Manager who is looking to make their first move from practice into industry.

Your new role
As finance manager you will report into the financial controller and your duties will include: Ownership of month end, Preparing management accounts, Balance sheet reconciliations and Managing a transactional team of 5 members of staff (e.g. purchase ledger, credit controller, treasurer)

What you'll need to succeed
To success in this role you will be a first time mover from practice and be looking to take on responsibility of leading a team within your move into industry. You will be a fully qualified ACA/ACCA first time mover from practice and have excellent Attention to detail and investigation skills. You will have experience of managing a small team alongside training others.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £50,000 alongside excellent flexibility. This firm operates on four day working week combined with hybrid working. You'll be required to be in the office based in south Manchester once a week. This role also offers excellent progression up through the company.
