Interim Accountant Media Company

Your new company
A global partner in the PR & Communications sector. They combine industry-leading data science with an international consultancy and work with global companies. Company is PE backed and has over £150m TO with operations across Europe. They are looking to hire an Interim Accountant to support on the monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliation and cashflow forecasting as they go through M&A activity.


Your new role
You will be an Interim Accountant, working with the team to deliver:

  • Support the on-going business as usual activities.
  • Support the monthly balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities across Europe.
  • Support the roll out of an expense system.
  • Manage weekly 13 weeks group cash flow forecast process.
  • Support data cleansing process from the existing ERP systems.
  • Support the first group interim audit in 3rd quarter.




What you'll need to succeed
You need to be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified accountant (or international equivalent). This role requires prior experience producing reports and financial statements. Analytical skills will also be needed to recommend improvements, carry out forecasting, and work with non-finance teams. Working through any finance systems changes or integrations would be beneficial. Experience using Dynamic Business Central would be helpful.
