Supports the finance team to achieve accurate, complete and timely delivery in line with the corporate and statutory requirements. The position has a direct influence on outcomes, not only in the finance team but also on the operative results beyond their own area

Description
- Produce monthly management accounts and management reporting information and report in accordance with the corporate timetable under the guidance of the HoF
- Conduct improvement, validation, and data cleansing projects with the ERP system
- Assist with compliance of tax and VAT matters of 42160, 42227 and the UK corporate tax group
- Provide ad hoc analysis on P&L or Balance Sheet accounts
- Co-ordinate the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, liaising with team members and other departments where appropriate
- Ad hoc support to Finance team
Profile
- Post graduate accounting qualification; ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Strong analytical and excellent IT skills in particular MS Excel
- Own initiative and self-motivated, keen to learn and be developed be other team members
- Resilient and tenacious, with a strong desire to improve processes
- Embrace change, enjoy challenges and be a good team player
- Be organized and show attention to detail ensure the high quality of their work
